Students in grades 3-5 temporarily have free access to online music creating platforms.

Students will take their existing piece and remove notes that occur on the downbeat, creating syncopation. They will also expand their beats to four sounds in a beat and explore some variations with divisions involving takadimi.

Students will develop their song from Phase 1 to include more motion with subdivided beats.

Finding means through projects to create music around the house.
