The BCBST plan offers options in both the S or P Network. With the S Network, all local hospitals (with the exception of Memorial Hospital) are in Network. The P Network is BCBST’s largest network and contains all LOCAL hospitals (including Parkridge).
Our BCBS plans can be accessed in all 50 states, providing the provider accepts our plan.
Both the BCBS P Network and the BCBS S Network provide the following:
- Preferred Provider Organization – benefits for both in-network and out-of-network services
- Deductible and co-insurance plan
- RX would be paid at 100% once out of pocket $1750.00(individual)/$4750(family), which includes $450.00 deductible(individual) $1200 deductible (family), member’s coinsurance and any copays (which would include RX copays).
